We are looking for graduating students who have great potential to become future leaders with a track record of consistent excellence. Ideal candidates must have above-average academic performance (minimum GPA of 85% or its equivalent) as well as a proven history of leadership. Only graduating and penultimate college students for the Academic Year 2021-2022 are eligible for the program.

The selection of MarkProf's trainees is a rigorous process designed to identify the best of the best. After all the applications are reviewed, shortlisted applicants are made to go through two more day-long screening days, we enlist the help of marketing and sales practitioners to spot talent. Once the shortlisted applicants go through these live screenings, MarkProf's Board of Directors and Board of Trustees go through the feedback about each individual to carefully deliberate who will progress and get the chance to be part of MarkProf's Leadership Network.

Absolutely. Penultimate and graduating college students from any school/university, from any part of the Philippines are eligible for the program, but due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all activities of the Bootcamp will be done online. Select trainees can look forward to internet plans to ensure a stable internet connection throughout the program.

The Bootcamp consists of seven weekends of learning from the country's best Marketing and Sales professionals. Selected trainees will get to listen to practitioners from different local and multinational companies give lectures on advanced topics that are not taught in schools. Trainees also get to apply what they learned in individual and group big idea cases for the duration of the whole program.

Yes. The performance of each individual trainee is closely monitored through the course of the 7 weekends. Each trainee is expected to perform at the standard Markprof sets, which are measured by a numerical grade.

No. Membership into the MarkProf Leadership Network is only given to trainees that successfully meet the standard expected of them. Only those that consistently meet the standard are allowed to finish the entire boot camp.

MarkProf prides itself on being an inclusive organization. Accepted trainees living outside of Metro Manila are often given travel and lodging subsidies for each of the 7 weekends that the boot camp takes place.

Members of the foundation gain access to an unparalleled network of movers and shakers in the industry. With ten batches of alumni and countless supporters among its ranks, fresh members of MarkProf are welcomed into network of leaders, doors to countless opportunities are opened for them.

MarkProf is run purely by volunteer alumni. Acceptance into the foundation also means having the chance to shape the next batch of future leaders through the boot camp.
