Chris Manguera, Batch 9

Google

Chris made a name for himself in Globe Telecom as a Management Trainee under Strategy and PMO, helping drive the Consumer Mobile Business Group. After handling multiple projects that lent to the exponential growth of Fintech focused around GCash, he found himself becoming CMO/Head of Marketing, Growth, App Product, and Customer Experience Design, leading end-to-end marketing across consumer and enterprise verticals with 10x user growth ROI. He also lead Customer Lifecycle Management of more than 20M GCash Users nationwide, while driving Customer and User Experience Design for the GCash Mobile App.

Chris is currently the Industry Manager for Google, leading the Tech, Telco, and Travel verticals for the Philippines.

Liz Caceres,
Batch 7

Magnolia

Liz has dedicated the past eight years of her career to the growth of Filipino brands, beginning her journey with Splash Corporation, one of the biggest Filipino companies for personal care. She then moved on to Universal Robina Corporation (URC) as Segment Head of Corn Chips under the Snacks category. During her tenure, Liz was able to relaunch the heritage brand Granny Goose in order to differentiate it from the Jack ‘n Jill megabrand. She also reinvigorated iconic brands Chippy and Mr. Chips. Liz became a MarkProf President in 2017, and she attributes the Foundation for her headstart in marketing, regardless of her background as a graduate from Visayas. 

She is currently the Senior Product Manager for Magnolia Chicken.

AR Polinar,
Batch 2

ABS-CBN

AR was ABS-CBN’s Integrated Marketing Communications Head, where he focused on strategic thought leadership to meet TVPlus box sales targets, Channels Marketing to increase ratings, and Advertising Sales Support to achieve Advertising revenue. He was able to generate ROI of 117% on TVPlus box sales, increase TVPlus home penetration (8 out of 10 homes in Metro Manila and 7 out of 10 homes in the Suburbs), and exceed revenue for pay per view at 105% vs target. Before his success in ABS-CBN, AR was marketing for Bounty Fresh and Watsons Personal Care Stores. 

Passionate with strong work ethics, AR was part of MarkProf Batch 2 and became the 1st non – ALU President to lead the Foundation. 

RG Gabunada, Batch 6

LouderPH

Rg Gabunada is an entrepreneur and alumni of MarkProf Batch 6. For the longest time, he was part of MarkProf’s training team designing its curriculum and activities for its participants. He eventually became the foundation’s President in 2015 and 2016.

He is currently a partner in a communications agency, LouderPH where he helps market brands, people, and causes. Prior to this, he has worked for Alaska Milk Corporation handling its powdered milk business, sports programs, and digital platforms which were recognized by local and regional awards for marketing effectiveness.

Jackie Gorospe, Batch 5

Light Rail Manila Corporation

Jacqueline Gorospe is a marketing and communications professional with a decade of work experience in both government and private sector. She is currently the Communications and Customer Relations Head of Light Rail Manila Corporation – the private operator of LRT-1 in the Philippines. Previously, she was with Cebu Pacific heading the Philippines Marketing team and in charge of marketing initiatives for various customer segments (domestic, outbound, promo). She has also worked at the Department of Tourism, under the office of Former Tourism Secretary Ramon Jimenez Jr as a Senior Policy and Technical Officer. Currently, she is  completing her MBA under the Regis Program of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Albet Buddahim,
Batch 2

Katapult Digital

Albet Buddahim has led digital, marketing, sales, and E-Commerce teams from a wide range of prestigious Client-side brands, namely: as the Chief Marketing Officer of L’OREAL Philippines, the Head of Digital & Business Transformation in AVON Philippines, and the Digital Business Platform Leader & Digital Marketing Manager of Proctor & Gamble Asia. His accomplishments for L’OREAL Philippines as CMO garnered him recognition as the Digital Marketer of the Year from CMO Asia Organization in 2018. The year prior, he became the first ever winner of Mansmith & Fielders’ Young Market Master Awards for Digital Business Building. 

He is currently a member of MarkProf Foundation’s Board of Trustees and the CEO of Katapult Digital.

David Rosario,
Batch 3

Katapult Digital

After spending a decade in the academe teaching in the fields of Economics, Business, Technology, and Marketing, David finally made the jump back to the corporate arena through Katapult Digital. Now part of a digital marketing company co-founded by fellow alumni Albet Buddahim, David is putting his academic background and discipline to work in enabling data-driven marketing for clients in various industries. In between, he took his Masters in Development Economics, spent half a decade as a research consultant, and became a co-author of a popular junior high economics textbook. A serial entrepreneur, he is also currently co-managing, among other things, an events company with his sister.

Omni Amisola-Larrosa, Batch 3

PLDT

Omni Amisola-Larrosa is part of MarkProf Batch 3 and one of the 12th Mansmith Young Market Masters Awardees for 2017 in the Brand Management category. She has at least 12 years of marketing experience gained from key industries such as Telecommunications, Direct Selling, Service and Training, and Omni has also led the launch of PLDT Smart Business Solutions for companies under the industries of Logistics, Transport, Pharmaceutical, Education, Retail and Service. Currently, Omni is a Senior Relationship Manager for PLDT Enterprise, providing secure and reliable business solutions designed to achieve operational efficiency for companies under the industries of FMCG, Logistics and Transport, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Academe.

Gregg Ceballos ,
Batch 14

2030 Youthforce in the Philippines, Inc.

Gregg Ceballos hails from Holy Angel University and graduated from MarkProf batch 14. A proud son of Cebu and Zambales, now living in Pampanga, his goal is to change the world through his business acumen and passion for salesmanship. He has since taken a meaningful path working in the field of NGO’s, looking towards his youthful ambition that he gained from MarkProf to lead his way towards positive and productive disruption within the industry. He is ambitious, and has learned that marketers must not only deliver not what the world wants, but also what the world needs.
