Since having been founded in 2003 by Diosdado Salvador, Jr. (Former ASEAN President, Johnson & Johnson) and Josiah Go (renowned marketing guru), Markprof has scoured the country every year for 25 young, talented individuals to receive a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The selected trainees that make it through the screening process get to attend Markprof’s Bootcamp – eight (8) straight Saturdays of learning high-level skills from the country’s most respected practitioners, 100% free of charge. By doing this, we facilitate the passing down knowledge from one generation of mavericks to another, constantly raising the bar for the marketing profession in the country.
We challenge hiring trends that have put a premium on an applicant’s alma mater rather than their own personal merit. Markprof scholars, regardless of background, have been proven to deliver results and elicit positive change in their respective fields, giving companies more and more confidence in Markprof’s seal of approval. This gives our talented graduates, who were not able to attend the school of their choice due to financial consideration, a chance to receive employment that someone of their caliber deserves.
With 20 batches making up its alumni, Markprof offers fresh graduates access to an unparalleled network of industry movers and shakers. Over 100 marketing practitioners support the Markprof crusade yearly, acting as either event organizers, speakers, mentors, or judges.
